Everything Bagelista Turkey Sandwich with Cranberry Mayo and Fresh Sprouts

This post Thanksgiving tradition is our all-time favorite way to enjoy the leftovers from turkey day. Thick deli-sliced or vegan turkey alternatives also work great here, the key is our sweet & savory cranberry mayo. 


  • 1 Bagelista Everything bagel
  • 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp of canned whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 Tbsp crushed pecans (optional)
  • 4 oz Thick-sliced turkey
  • Fresh sprouts for garnish


  1. STEP 1
    Bake your bagel: Preheat the oven or toaster oven to 450° and bake your Bagelista bagel for 7-10 minutes or until golden brown to your liking. Watch closely as every oven is different and let it cool when done! For a lighter and softer bagel, bake for 7-8 min. For a darker and crispier bagel, bake 9-10 min. If using an air fryer, baking times will be reduced.
  2. STEP 2
    While the bagel is baking, blend mayonnaise and cranberry sauce thoroughly in a small bowl. For some added texture & flavor, add crushed pecans.
  3. STEP 3
    Once your bagel is ready, slice in half, and spread the cranberry-mayo on the bagel, followed by sliced turkey, and garnish with fresh sprouts. Serve either open-faced or as a sandwich. Enjoy!
